After a distinguished career flying the F/A-18 Super Hornet, Jack transitioned his skills from the cockpit to the boardroom. He served as an instructor pilot, landing signal officer, quality assurance officer and Crew Resource Management (CRM) instructor - roles that demanded impeccable communication, leadership and safety under pressure. These experiences formed the foundation of his performance model, centred around the military-grade cycle of Brief-Execute-Debrief-Perfect.
Jack has flown over 2,500 hours in supersonic jets, guided more than 21,000 carrier landings without incident, and completed high-risk missions across the Middle East. As one of the Navy’s most highly decorated Landing Signal Officers, he played a pivotal role in helping fellow pilots refine their skills through structured debrief and feedback systems.
Today, Jack leads Flight Level Solutions, a consultancy that translates the tools of elite aviation into practical strategies for organisations across healthcare, manufacturing, construction, finance and beyond. He is also a wide-body airline captain and evaluator instructor pilot, continuing to live the high-performance principles he teaches. His academic foundation in political science and organisational leadership from the U.S. Naval Academy complements his practical experience, providing a well-rounded perspective on building and sustaining high-functioning teams.
