Molly's journey as a founder began after being dismissed from a role in investment banking just ten days after requesting flexible work for a chronic health condition, making her acutely aware of the structural problems in traditional hiring practices. Rather than accept the status quo, she founded Flexa to redefine how work is understood, chosen and delivered.
Since its inception, Flexa has grown to serve over 3 million users and partnered with major employers including Microsoft, Mondelēz and Virgin Media O2.
Molly has become one of the most referenced thought leaders in her space, recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice and featured in major publications such as the BBC, The Financial Times, and Fortune. Her insights are shaped by a uniquely rich dataset of over two billion data points on workplace preferences and employer practices.
As host of the "Working On It" podcast with Lauren Spearman, Molly offers practical guidance for navigating modern work challenges. She regularly headlines international conferences, delivers hands-on workshops for global brands, and collaborates with leaders across technology, HR and business strategy. Her talks blend personal narrative, cutting-edge research, and actionable strategies that help organisations thrive in today's rapidly changing work landscape.
Book Molly to gain insider knowledge on workplace trends and transform how your organisation attracts and retains top talent in an increasingly competitive market.
