From a young performer at the age of 4, a first generation Caribbean American millennial, former professional dancer and talent agent in Los Angeles, to now, a passionate entrepreneur and talent relations consultant, Simmone Miller has worked and paved her own way in the entertainment industry.
Simmone has been able to work with several dance companies, videos, commercial work, theatres and sports teams throughout California including the NBA's Golden State Warriors. Her time with the Warriors influenced the start and creation of her own business, a professional audition dance wear line for other aspiring pro dancers called Simma Wear. Simma Wear expanded to running training programs and Simmone has had the privilege developing 500+ dancers throughout the US. During her time working with talent, her clients have booked jobs on NCIS, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Shein, Honest Tea, signed to agencies in LA and have been chosen to represent NBA & NFL dance teams. Simmone has now become a go to consultant working with several company's marketing, entertainment & casting teams, most recently the Minnesota Vikings, creating more inclusive environments, overall brand vision and innovation opportunities for their talent.
With a growing brand, Simmone continues to pave the way for not only companies' successes but the next generation of entertainers providing them with all the right tools, skill set and solid foundation to follow their passions, make meaningful connections and make their dreams come true.
