In addition to her work at Tidal Impact, Julia serves as an executive board member of the Sigma Squared Society, a network of over 700 young, impact-focused founders who have collectively raised over $1 billion in capital.
Operating in more than 25 countries, this society, formerly known as the Kairos Society, fosters ambitious entrepreneurship.
Prior to her involvement with Tidal Impact and the Sigma Squared Society, Julia co-founded an HR-Tech venture that was later merged with Vyou. The venture focused on enhancing team performance through the use of psychology and data science.
As a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, Julia provides advice and mentorship to organizations such as A Plastic Planet and the Founder Institute.
