Maylis Djikalou is a transformational coach and consultant who has worked at the intersections of creative, corporate, and charity sectors for over a decade. A curator of experiential DEI learning journeys and Intersectional Leadership programmes, Maylis promotes ‘agency and wellbeing FOR ALL’ as a competitive advantage, to future-proof workplaces and their cultures, and up-skill their leaders to meet the needs of diverse teams during challenging global socio-political climates. Maylis is a witty, high-impact moderator and storyteller. Her lived experience as a Black/West African Queer woman and parent, along with her previous struggles navigating addiction and mental health, have inspired an ongoing journey in service of historically marginalised communities – challenging systemic inequities and illuminating stories across all fractions of identity. Maylis is also the Programme Director, a Founding Partner and Board Member at We Create Space, a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion consultancy, learning platform and social enterprise, supporting LGBTQ+ professionals and communities globally.
