Dani Herrera is an award-winning, bilingual Latina immigrant who is radically committed to helping others become more intentionally inclusive. With 17 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Operations, and Leadership, Dani is experienced in helping to build cultures that attract and retain diverse talent. She is also skilled in creating strategies that foster inclusion and belonging, processes that minimize biases, and systems that elevate historically excluded voices and talent, especially the immigrant and Latine communities.
Dani is also the Awareness and Advocacy Founding Partner at Allies in Recruiting, one of the Founding Members at The Talent Equity Alliance, a Career Coach and Mentor, and a Content Creator.
