Throughout her career, Nancy has successfully led organisations across public and private equity enterprises, ranging from $250 million to $60 billion in revenue. Her expertise lies in leading teams of up to 80,000 employees, with a particular focus on companies generating $5 billion to $30 billion in revenue. She is highly regarded for her ability to navigate complex challenges such as mergers and acquisitions, CEO transitions, labour negotiations, and workforce restructuring.
In her role as Chief People Officer at Risepoint, Nancy transformed the company’s culture and leadership team while integrating two major acquisitions that doubled the organisation’s size. She implemented leadership development programmes, revamped employee benefits, and introduced cost-saving initiatives that delivered millions in savings. Similarly, at Main Event Entertainment, she restructured compensation, reduced turnover, and enhanced the guest experience, contributing to the company’s growth and successful exit.
Nancy holds an MBA in International Human Resources and an Ed.M. in Organisation and Leadership Development. She is certified in Diversity and Inclusion facilitation, executive coaching, and change management. Her achievements include being named one of the Most Influential Women in Texas, receiving the OnCon Icon Top 50 Human Resources Professional Award, and being recognised in Who’s Who of Women in Business in Arizona.
