Pat Wadors, Chief People Officer at UKG, is a prominent HR leader and strategist recognised for her contributions to the technology sector. At UKG, she oversees essential HR functions that enhance the employee experience for over 14,000 staff members, focusing on talent acquisition, development, compensation, employee feedback, and workplace services.
