Menopause is the time that marks the end of your menstrual cycles — it's diagnosed after you've gone 12 months without a menstrual period. Menopause can happen in your 40s or 50s, but the average age is 51 in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
Did you know, that globally, 1.5 billion people live with a disability? Of these, 61 million live in the U.S. alone, and 13.9 million in the U.K. The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is a United Nations observance to promote equality for people with disabilities in all areas of society.
