A former Chief Communications Officer at both McLaren and Aston Martin Formula 1 teams, Matt played a crucial role in shaping the public image of these legendary brands during both triumphant and turbulent periods. His role as Communications Director for W Series, the all-female racing championship, further underscored his commitment to equality and representation, helping the groundbreaking series gain global recognition.

Alongside his communications work, Matt is a published author, co-writing Emerson Fittipaldi’s autobiography and releasing his own LGBTQ+-themed novel, The Boy Made the Difference, in 2020.
