Roberta "Beta" Lucca is a creative entrepreneur and co-founder of Bossa Studios, a leading British video game developer. Under her leadership, Bossa Studios has become one of Europe's most successful gaming companies, known for its BAFTA-winning titles like "Mastermind," "I Am Bread," and "Surgeon Simulator." Recognised as one of Forbes' Top 50 Women in Tech, Roberta holds two MBAs in management and marketing from COPPEAD Business School in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a keynote speaker, she inspires audiences to adopt a creative and entrepreneurial mindset while exploring innovation in an uncertain world. Roberta has collaborated with global companies and organisations, including Ocado, Disney, Unilever, Forbes, SLUSH, NatWest, Creative Informatics, CogX, Creative England, InnovateUK, and the Festival of Marketing.
